What You’ll Do as Sales Manager:
- Be a Revenue Driver: Achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets and sales activity goals.
- Represent with Excellence: Promote the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and local market opportunities.
- Strategize for Growth: Collaborate with the Director of Sales to build and execute quarterly action plans, sales forecasts, and marketing strategies.
- Build Relationships: Develop new business and nurture existing client partnerships to drive group, transient, and corporate bookings.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with operations to ensure a seamless client and guest experience.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in a hotel sales role or similar position within the hospitality industry.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of sales systems, budgeting, and hospitality revenue strategy.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and sales platforms.
- A flexible, team-oriented mindset with a passion for success and service.
