The Global Account Director is responsible for the profitable growth of Right Management solutions in a portfolio of Manpower Group enterprise clients and active pursuit of prospects. They own the relationship with the client on a global level, selling talent management and career management solutions to improve business results. In conjunction with the global experience team leads cross-border sales and delivery teams to ensure monetisation of accounts.

Collaborates with other brands, the MPG CTL’s and local sales teams to identify and scope prospect opportunities leading to a successful sale. The role is located in the United States and supports initiatives across European and North American regions.

Overview

Market Development:
You lead market development efforts to increase RM market share globally across solutions. As such you lead international proposals and bids working closely with global revenue and business operations. You use your deep knowledge of our market and competitors to position us for success.

Responsibilities
  • Market Development: you lead market development efforts to increase RM market share globally across solutions. You lead international proposals and bids working closely with global revenue and business operations. You use your deep knowledge of our market and competitors to position us for success.
  • Account Management: you lead the global account management team for your clients with an emphasis on delivering outstanding service and compelling insights. You build strong, trust-based relationships with client contacts across the globe and are responsive, reliable, and proactive, staying updated on their evolving requirements.
  • Execute & Grow: continuously adding value to the client's business through insights, and focused, effective support and service. You drive revenue by identifying opportunities to expand services within an account and bring these to a sale.
  • Manage and Maintain: alongside the Client Experience Manager you regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of the account management strategies, making necessary adjustments to improve revenue and satisfaction outcomes. Working closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met effectively.
Your Typical Day and Other Key Details
  • Provides strategic, consultative account management in order to grow and retain business.
  • Leads international RFP bids identifying win themes and effectively positioning against the competition
  • Other accountabilities as assigned.
Qualifications

Required Experience & Skills

  • Sales: 10+ years successfully selling a solution / in a professional services industry
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Languages:

    fluent in spoken and written English, preferably plus an extra language
  • Leadership: has been successfully leading sales and/or solutioning teams
Nice to Haves
  • Industry knowledge:
    In-depth knowledge and experience of human capital and/or talent management, relevant experience with client verticals a plus
  • Experience working in a global complex/matrixed environment
