About Sprecher BrewerySprecher Brewery—Milwaukee’s original craft brewery is known for its fire‑brewed craft sodas, beers, hard sodas, sparkling waters, and energy drinks. We’re adding a results‑driven outside sales professional to help grow our independent on‑premise and off‑premise business.
Position SummaryThe Brewery Sales Representative will manage a designated territory with a strong focus on outside sales. This role is responsible for increasing distribution, driving volume, executing promotions, and representing the entire Sprecher portfolio in the market. The position requires industry experience, strong data skills, and comfort working nights/weekends for events.
Key Responsibilities Outside Sales & Account Growth- Drive distribution, visibility, and sales across independent on‑premise and off‑premise accounts.
- Build strong relationships with retail partners and distributor teams.
- Visit accounts regularly to place orders, rotate inventory, and ensure proper merchandising for all Sprecher brands.
- Use VIP/KARMA to track account performance, identify opportunities, monitor competitive activity, and report market trends.
- Provide weekly updates and insights to Sales Leadership.
- Plan and work tastings, happy hours, festivals, beer dinners, and promotional events—often on evenings and weekends.
- Support Milwaukee County Parks’ Traveling Beer Garden, including coordination of equipment such as trailers, firetrucks, and mobile draft assets.
- Serve as a professional, energetic Sprecher brand ambassador at all events.
- 1+ year beer or beverage sales experience (brewery or distributor).
- Experience with VIP/KARMA or similar sales‑tracking tools.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Understanding of the three‑tier system.
- Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Able to lift 40 lbs and work evenings/weekends as needed.
- Existing relationships within Wisconsin’s independent retail channel.
