Job Description

Provide support to the Account Manager by managing select customers through quoting, communications, planning, and other customer support functions. Maintain assigned customer accounts under the supervision of the Account Manager.

Reports To

Senior MRO Account Manager

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Communicate daily with customers by phone, fax, and email
  • Prioritize customer requirements and collaborate with Customer Service Representative to enter requirements in the ERP, in a timely manner
  • Manage customer repair quotations and repair order requirements by coordinating and collaborating with team members to ensure the customer is quoted on time, and timely delivery of repair orders
  • Communicate regularly with customers on repair orders to ensure S3 Aero Defense, LLC is meeting customer expectations and advising customers of potential delays or problems that will impact the delivery
  • Develop an understanding of customer’s MRO demands and competition
  • Maintain customer relationships to maintain and develop additional business
  • Complete tasks given by Senior Account Manager
  • Other duties as required in support of the company and/or sales department
Requirements
  • Associate’s degree required
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and Spanish
  • Other foreign language skills desired
  • Positive attitude and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and success oriented
  • Courteous, tactful, and possess excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Sales or account management experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite of products, including Word and Excel
