Sales Representative

Join us as a Sales Representative - Paid Relocation to Cincinnati - $2500 SIGN-ON BONUS at Total Quality Logistics.

This role is part of our Fast Track Sales Development Program. We will cover your relocation costs to Cincinnati, Ohio, for training with top brokers. After training and building your book of business, we will fund your relocation to any of our 60+ offices nationwide. Our comprehensive training and mentorship will equip you with skills in sales, logistics, and supply chain management.

Position Details:

• Salary: $40,000 base + uncapped commissions
• Sign-on bonus: $2,500

Responsibilities:

• Partner with freight brokers for 26 weeks
• Build your book of business through calls and relationships
• Close deals with customers and carriers
• Negotiate prices
• Manage shipments and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain proactive communication
