International Thermal Systems is growing, and we are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to help expand our presence across industrial manufacturing markets.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong bias for action who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and takes ownership of driving opportunities forward. We are looking for a proactive sales professional who is energized by prospecting, developing relationships, getting in front of customers, and creating momentum.
If you enjoy working directly with manufacturers, solving technical challenges, building long-term customer relationships, and driving revenue growth, this could be an outstanding opportunity.
ITS designs and manufactures custom industrial ovens, furnaces, washers, and automated thermal processing systems used by manufacturers throughout North America and global industrial markets.

- Aggressively develop new business opportunities within industrial manufacturing markets
- Build relationships with plant managers, engineers, operations leaders, OEMs, and purchasing teams
- Conduct plant visits and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Sell custom-engineered industrial ovens, furnaces, washers, and thermal systems
- Develop opportunities within canning, beverage, battery, food processing, and container manufacturing markets
- Support customers and opportunities across domestic and international markets
- Consistently drive pipeline activity through prospecting, follow‑up, networking, and customer engagement
- Manage territory activity, pipeline development, and CRM updates
- Work closely with engineering and operations teams to develop customer solutions
- Represent ITS at trade shows and industry events
- Outside sales experience in industrial, manufacturing, technical, OEM, automation, HVAC, capital equipment, or engineered product sales
- Experience selling into the food & beverage, canning, packaging, battery, or industrial processing markets is a plus
- Strong bias for action with a high level of urgency and accountability
- Self‑starter mentality with the ability to work independently and create opportunities
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
- Technical aptitude and consultative selling ability
- Comfortable working directly with manufacturing customers and industrial facilities
- Experience developing new business and managing long sales cycles is highly preferred
