Broker Channel Sales Representative
ADP requires a sales representative who hunts for, pulls referrals from, and wins new business exclusively through our broker channel and client referrals as part of our Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) business.
Responsibilities- Grow Our Business While Growing Yours: develop relationships with brokerage firms, educate them on Human Resources Outsourcing solutions, and close sales to meet goals.
- Turn Prospects into Loyal and Referring Clients: help clients understand their needs and recommend the right ADP solutions, earning referrals through networking.
- Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family: cross‑sell additional ADP services within existing accounts to cultivate further business.
- Collaborate Daily: serve as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador to brokers, internal partners, and the network, maintaining integrity and responsiveness.
- Positive Self‑Starter – upbeat, persistent, follows up leads, manages time, and presents ideas clearly.
- Strategic Closer – experience carrying an outside B2B quota, closing sales, and managing territory.
- Proven Winner – ambitious, thrives under pressure, and exceeds quotas.
- Relevant experience: payroll, relationship sales, or HRO is desirable. Military experience with teamwork, resilience, and negotiation skills is also considered valuable.
- Ability to build a network and use social media for sales.
