Reporting into the Division Manager, the Hematology Clinical Account Specialist for Epcoritamab and Ibrutinib will build, implement territory business plans that align with overall brand objectives and business goals. The role requires a clear and thorough hematology disease‑state understanding, strong relationships with hematologists/oncologists, nursing and office staff, and other stakeholders in the oncology patient‑care continuum. The specialist fosters collaboration with peers and the extended team network, shares knowledge, experience, and information, and drives results aligned with brand expectations and the Company mission for the betterment of patients.

Core Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals.
- Present disease‑state and product information to customers using persuasive selling skills within Pharmacyclics’s Promotional Policy.
- Leverage sales analytics and customer intelligence to create high‑impact strategic plans that align with brand objectives.
- Execute sales and marketing strategies within the territory, using cross‑functional partners and all approved resources.
- Continuously build knowledge of an evolving marketplace, territory changes, and disease‑state knowledge and product expertise.
- Collaborate effectively with a territory partner and Genmab counterpart(s).
- Develop and execute a call plan that achieves set call metrics and optimizes coverage and frequency to key customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Comply with all laws, regulations, and policies governing Pharmacyclics activities.
- Remain current on all clinical, market, and payer developments, trends, and issues specific to oncology and disease areas.
- Complete all Abb Vie required training and maintain adherence to all company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Seek out important information within assigned accounts and geography and articulate implications to our business and to customers’ businesses.
- Transfer knowledge to internal partners and integrate standard methodologies that bring tangible value to customers and patients.
- Maintain a complete understanding of approved product labels and disease‑state knowledge for impactful use with customers.
- Optimize external and internal data, resources, and tools to identify sales opportunities and program strategy for customers in assigned territories.
- With approval of legal/OEC, actively participate in relevant organizational programs in local markets.
- Develop a strong command of available selling resources and tools; demonstrate these resources to support selling strategies and maximize impact.
- Meet health‑care‑industry‑representative credentialing requirements to gain entry into facilities and organizations in the assigned territory, including background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization/vaccination for various diseases.
- 3–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
- 2+ years of Hematology/Oncology sales experience preferred.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales expectations.
- Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and effectively; consultative selling style.
- Competitive selling skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a highly collaborative team environment.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Persistence and grit with a strong track record of succeeding in a challenging environment.
- Business travel, by air or car, is regularly required.
- Oncology, Specialty, or other pharmaceutical experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Account management experience in any industry.
- Specialty pharmacy experience.
- Healthcare industry experience, especially working with patients or consulting healthcare companies.
- People management or other leadership experience.
- MBA or other advanced degree.
- The compensation range described below represents the range of possible base pay that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting, based on the job grade. Individual compensation will depend on many factors including geographic location.
