Position OverviewAs a Sales Executive with Loop Net you will be part of a growth‑oriented, innovative company and represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that showcases and differentiates their portfolio of properties online. Success will be built on your ability to develop strong, service‑focused client relationships, advise on product frequency, reach, and brand efficacy, and highlight ROI using proprietary analytics and reporting tools.
Day‑to‑day you will leverage CoStar Group’s industry expertise to build your client portfolio by prospecting, studying industry trends, and conducting product demonstrations.
- Relationship Management – Build relationships with clients through consultative sales methods and become a trusted advisor on all matters related to their strategic marketing plan.
- Business Development – Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s extensive property data to drive sales and close new business.
- Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across Loop Net and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
- Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject‑matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate, and market trends specific to your territory.
- Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support through regular, value‑added communication, share market insights, and offer solutions that help clients achieve their goals.
- Travel – Conduct regular in‑person meetings, requiring travel by car and possibly outside the driving radius of your office location.
- 4+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment.
- 2+ years of commercial real‑estate (CRE) related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a customer‑experience‑focused environment.
- Current and valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Success building long‑term relationships and business partnerships with senior/C‑Suite clients.
- Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data, trends, and performance metrics.
- Regular access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date.
- Self‑starter who can work both independently and as part of a team.
