Sales Leadership Rotational Program – Midwest
The Commercial Sales Leadership Development Program (SLDP) is designed to develop early‑career professionals who are interested in a career in sales.
Program OverviewThe program spans 3–4 rotations over two years, providing foundational and specialized training, networking, coaching, and development.
What to Expect- Cross‑functional rotations across sales, marketing, customer experience, and related commercial functions.
- Exposure and training on complex, engineered product solutions within the plumbing and water solutions industry.
- Opportunities to apply your technical background in customer‑facing, solution‑selling environments.
- A combination of structured training, mentorship, and on‑the‑job experience.
- Direct mentorship from senior commercial leaders.
- Competitive exposure to field sales, account management, and business development strategies.

Completion of the rotational program leads to placement in a key commercial role. This position requires approximately 25–50% travel and can be based out of either the Milwaukee, WI or Downers Grove, IL offices.
What You Will Need- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a similar discipline.
- Prior professional experience required.
- Experience in the plumbing & mechanical, or construction industry is a plus.
- Interest in technical sales, solution selling, or commercial leadership.
- Highly motivated, disciplined and organized.
- Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Ability to build long‑lasting relationships.
- Solution‑oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Ability to travel for extended periods.
