Regional Sales Manager - Midwest Territory

IL, WI, MN, MI

We are partnering with our client, a manufacturer of Motor Controls, Soft Starters, and Variable Frequency Drives, to identify a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across the Midwest.

This is a high visibility role with approximately $1M in established revenue and significant upside opportunity across a fast developing territory.

• Expand relationships with Distributors, OEMs, Panel Shops, Key Accounts, and End Users
• Identify and close new business while strengthening existing partnerships
• Leverage industry relationships to accelerate market penetration
• Manage a multi state territory with approximately 50 percent travel

• Experience selling Soft Starters, Motor Controls, or Low and Medium Voltage Drives
• Proven track record growing revenue in a defined geographic territory
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to call at multiple organizational levels
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or Marketing preferred
• Home office based near a major airport within the territory
