Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Outside Sales Consultant to join our team as a bath sales consultant. This is a fully commission-based role ideal for self-starters who thrive on performance-based income and enjoy working directly with homeowners. You’ll be responsible conducting in-home consultations and closing sales.
What You’ll Do- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and present solutions
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and contracts
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Uncapped commission structure your income potential is unlimited
- Competitive commission rates with performance bonuses
- Training and ongoing sales support

- Previous sales experience preferred (home improvement, construction, or in-home sales a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

This is a commission-only position. Top performers can earn $100,000–$275,000+ annually based on sales performance.
