Senior Account Manager, SLED (Wisconsin)
Presidio, where teamwork and innovation shape the future, is looking for a Senior Account Manager to drive growth in our public sector business in Wisconsin.
Role OverviewThe Senior Account Manager will engage with customers and technology partners to nurture existing relationships, prospect new business, and ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
Responsibilities- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with sales targets and customer objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to leverage resources and technology solutions.
- Maintain operational understanding of accounts, ensuring seamless delivery. Track performance metrics, forecast revenue, and analyze account health.
- Build and maintain relationships with Presidio’s technology partners (AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) to create joint go‑to‑market strategies and deliver value to customers.
- Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets and engagement goals through proactive relationship management and consultative selling.
- 3‑5 years of account management or sales experience, preferably in technology, with experience working with partners such as AWS, Cisco, Dell, Microsoft.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, focusing on retention and new business.
- Strong operational skills: manage multiple accounts, forecast, track account health.
- Significant relationships with public sector decision makers and OEMs in the local market.
- Minimum 3 years in public‑sector technology sales and total 5 years in technology sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field.
- Highly motivated, results‑driven, passionate about customer success.
- Team‑player with ability to work independently.
- Problem‑solving mindset focused on tailored solutions.
