Technical Sales Account Manager - Industrial Equipment

Location: Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid)
Travel: Approximately 25% Domestic & International

We're looking for a motivated sales professional who enjoys developing new business, managing customer relationships, and helping manufacturers solve complex production challenges.

• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry engagement
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships while identifying additional revenue opportunities
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from discovery and quoting through machine acceptance and post‑sale support
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, tooling, and service teams to develop solutions that meet customer requirements
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
• Coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and forecast opportunities using CRM tools
• Travel to customer sites, trade shows, and industry events as needed

• Experience selling industrial equipment, manufacturing solutions, automation, machinery, tooling, packaging equipment, or other technical products
• Proven ability to develop new business and close sales opportunities
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
• Ability to understand customer production challenges and recommend solutions
• Experience managing multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable working with engineers, operations teams, and executive decision‑makers

• Packaging, converting, automation, or manufacturing industries
• Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Technical or engineering background
• Experience selling industrial, manufacturing, technical, or capital equipment solutions
