T-Mobile Mobile Expert
Mobile Experts (ME) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They immerse themselves in meaningful connections with customers, uncovering their needs and recommending device and service solutions. They meet performance targets in sales, customer experience, and quality of sale metrics.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serving and selling to customers, while providing a best‑in‑class customer experience and building loyalty.
- Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
- Completes training on T-Mobile in‑store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources.
- Makes the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology.
- Partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service.
Education and
Work Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Hourly Base Pay: $19.50 Annualized Incentive Target: $9,360. All employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. All employees are eligible for an annual stock grant.
