GLO Wisconsin is seeking outgoing and motivated individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with customers at busy retail venues, representing promotional campaigns and helping consumers learn about available products, services, and special offers.

What You’ll Be Doing- Interact with customers at retail locations and promotional events
- Create positive first impressions through professional and engaging conversations
- Explain products, services, and promotional offers in a clear and informative manner
- Identify customer needs and answer questions confidently
- Support customers through registration, enrollment, or sign‑up processes
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all customer information is entered correctly
- Represent client brands and GLO Wisconsin with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Contribute to individual and team performance objectives
- Retail-based promotional campaigns in high-traffic environments
- Face‑to‑face customer interactions throughout the day
- Supportive team atmosphere with ongoing coaching
