Seasonal Sales Associate
We are looking for an energetic, customer‑focused individual to support our store during the peak season and potentially transition to full‑time employment.
Responsibilities- Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
- Build sales by maintaining a consumer‑centric mindset and modeling effective selling behaviors.
- Share relevant product, brand, and community knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals using the available resources and tools.
- Assist in visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintain brand presentation standards.
- Perform cashier duties and support loss‑prevention initiatives as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑ready store environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Model inclusive behavior that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; 0–1 year of relevant experience.
- Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage a diverse group of customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing business needs.
- Customer‑service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including basic retail systems and applications.
- Ability to stand, move throughout the store for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight.
Hiring Range: $18.87 - $23.76 USD per hour.
