Seasonal Sales Associate

We are looking for an energetic, customer‑focused individual to support our store during the peak season and potentially transition to full‑time employment.

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Build sales by maintaining a consumer‑centric mindset and modeling effective selling behaviors.
• Share relevant product, brand, and community knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals using the available resources and tools.
• Assist in visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintain brand presentation standards.
• Perform cashier duties and support loss‑prevention initiatives as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑ready store environment.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Model inclusive behavior that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage a diverse group of customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing business needs.
• Customer‑service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including basic retail systems and applications.
• Ability to stand, move throughout the store for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight.

Hiring Range: $18.87 - $23.76 USD per hour.
