Territory Account Manager (TAM) – Long‑acting HIV Injectable Treatment Sales

Site: USA – Wisconsin – Milwaukee | Position territory:
Milwaukee

Responsibilities
  • Deliver results through exceptional sales and service.
  • Identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt a new HIV treatment approach.
  • Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges and opportunities within target accounts.
  • Leverage data analytics, business acumen, and market expertise to identify high‑priority prospects.
  • Prepare and execute tailored business plans to help HCPs scale their treatment model.
  • Coordinate and partner with cross‑functional team members to deliver an integrated product experience to customers.
  • Maintain a portfolio‑based selling mindset and close internal communication loops to ensure a cohesive experience for customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by proactively anticipating and addressing HCP needs and requests.
  • Adapt execution plans to achieve performance goals using KPIs and business problem‑solving techniques.
  • Develop and foster external relationships with key thought leaders and influential customers.
  • Act in ways consistent with company culture, expectations, and values.
  • Embrace ambiguity in a launch environment, view setbacks as learning opportunities, and speak up when needed.
  • Understand and follow key compliance and regulatory guidelines.
Basic Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree.
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • 3+ years of specialty sales experience.
  • Ability to travel domestically, including overnight travel; majority of time spent in market.
  • Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences.
  • Strong planning, organization, analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience influencing and collaborating cross‑functionally in a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with complex market access coverage.
  • Experience managing cold‑chain treatment products with HCPs.
  • Knowledge of the HIV treatment and/or prevention markets.
  • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required).
  • Experience with integrated account teams that include multiple field‑based members.
