Territory Sales Manager supporting Milwaukee, WI and surrounding markets.

Primary Purpose

Swisher is looking for a results-driven Territory Manager who grows sales through data, insights, and structured selling. This role uses facts, analytics, and market intelligence to influence customer decisions, drive distribution, and deliver measurable top and bottom line growth and market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market trends to uncover growth opportunities
  • Deliver fact-based recommendations that improve category performance and shopper outcomes
  • Lead customer conversations via storytelling, as a category advisor, not just a supplier
  • Increase store distribution and market presence across retail and wholesale accounts
  • Execute new product launches quickly and in line with consumer trends and retailer needs
  • Prioritize high-impact opportunities using data and territory insights
  • Stay ahead of consumer, competitive, and industry trends
  • Translate insights into strategies that help customers win in their local markets
  • Provide proactive, forward-looking recommendations
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers and influencers
  • Influence outcomes using data storytelling and value-based selling
  • Partner cross-functionally with distributors to ensure aligned execution
  • Ensure best-in-class in-store execution of merchandising, promotions, and pricing to drive market share
  • Use CRM and analytics tools to track performance, measure impact, and refine strategies
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer‑facing sales experience
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, plus excellent communication
  • Experience in CPG, retail, or distributor environments (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Excel and digital tools
  • Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel locally
