The Russ Darrow Group is seeking a driven and experienced Automotive Desk Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for an automotive professional who thrives on coaching others, driving results, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Lead, motivate, and hold the sales team accountable to performance goals and standards.
• Work directly with customers and sales staff to build relationships and enhance the overall sales process.
• Assist in desking deals, structuring transactions, and closing both new and pre‑owned sales.
• Train, coach, and mentor Sales Associates on proven sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Monitor and improve team productivity, including lead follow‑up, appointments, and closing ratios.
• Support the development of each salesperson’s pipeline and customer base.
• Facilitate ongoing sales training and team development initiatives.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with F&I and other departments to ensure smooth deal flow and customer experience.
• Maintain strong knowledge of inventory, market trends, and dealership offerings.

• Dealership management experience.
• F&I experience.
• Must be interested in training additional sales associates and work within a team environment.
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
• Clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre‑employment background check & drug screen.
