Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Food service (Northeast)
Department: Sales
Reports To: Food service Director
Location: Northeast (NYC & New Jersey Area Preferred)
Wage Range: $100,000 – $125,000, commensurate with experience
The OpportunityOwn and build Runamok’s food service presence across the Northeast, leading growth within hospitality, lodging, and premium culinary operators. This is a true hands‑on, hunter‑builder role—developing new operator relationships, expanding distributor reach, and driving account growth, pipeline, and revenue. You’ll create momentum in a channel we’re actively shaping, with the autonomy to execute and a direct impact on growth.
Schedule & Compensation- Full‑time, remote with travel

- Own Northeast growth
:
Develop and execute territory strategy, build pipeline, and drive revenue across key food service segments (hospitality, resort/lodging, culinary‑driven restaurants, coffee/bakery, beverage programs) - Win new business
:
Identify, pursue, and secure high‑value operator accounts - Expand distribution
:
Partner with key distributors and brokers to drive pull‑through demand and grow footprint - Grow accounts
:
Build relationships with chefs and operators, increasing SKU adoption across core formats (portion control, gallon, infused & barrel‑aged) - Shape strategy
:
Bring market insights, track trends and competition, and inform go‑to‑market and product direction - Manage pipeline
:
Maintain CRM discipline, forecast accurately, provide clear territory reporting and track against key metrics - Represent the brand
:
Lead tastings, attend trade shows, and support in‑market distributor activity - Willingness to be flexible with assignments as needed
- 3 years of food service sales experience (Speciality/Premium CPG experience preferred).
- Experience selling into hospitality and restaurants (NYC / Northeast Hospitality Experience preferred)
- Experience working with food service distributors (established relationships preferred)
- Proven new business development track record for growth within the channel
- Proven ability to work well across departments, manage stress and conflict.
- Hands‑on problem‑solving skills and comfort making real‑time decisions.
- Strong communication, organizational, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑demand environment.
- Ability to work independently and travel (must have a valid driver’s licence)
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred
