GLO Wisconsin is looking for an ambitious Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a target-driven environment, and wants to develop practical sales and business skills.
Working alongside experienced team members, you'll help introduce customers to products and services, generate new business opportunities, and contribute directly to campaign growth.
What You'll Be Doing- Speak with prospective customers about available products and services
- Generate interest through informative and engaging conversations
- Qualify customer needs and identify suitable solutions
- Guide customers through enrollment or purchasing processes
- Achieve daily and weekly sales objectives
- Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about campaign updates
- Record customer information accurately and professionally
- Contribute to a positive and high-performing team environment
- Competitive and motivated by achieving goals
- Comfortable working in customer-facing environments
- Strong communicators with excellent listening skills

No previous sales experience is required. Full training is provided.
