• Oversee the parts sales process from customer inquiry to invoicing
• Locate parts not in stock
• Complete special order requests
• Communicate with customers on order status and notify them upon delivery
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner
• Engage decision‑makers through prospecting
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Understand federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the industry
• Consult on the customer’s business needs, providing solutions
• Provide value‑added services such as ordering of products, inventory management, and problem‑solving
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Minimum of 1 year of parts sales experience; dealership experience is a plus
• Bilingual (a plus)
• High level of enthusiasm, energy, and desire to be successful
• CDK experience preferred
• Ability to connect with customers to build and maintain lasting relationships
