Route Sales Representative – Milwaukee, WI

Route Sales Representatives are critical to our success. The role focuses on selling and maintaining relationships with customers across the region.

• Maintain existing customer inventories.
• Resolve customer inquiries and problems.
• Process orders and provide ongoing support.
• Travel (overnight 20‑25%) across designated territories.
• Interact with house accounts and dealers to increase sales and margin of residential and light commercial equipment and supplies.
• Manage a group of small customers via phone contact and support the outside sales force.

• Ability to start work promptly and maintain reliable attendance.
• Comfortable with speaking both Spanish and English (preferred for certain positions).

• $63,654 per year (target earnings) - base salary plus uncapped commission and bonuses.
• $12.00 per hour (for rates listed) – full‑time.
• $80,000 yearly (for certain positions).
• $47,000 yearly (for certain positions).
• $15.37 per hour (for certain positions).
• $70,000 yearly (for certain positions).
• $77,000 yearly (for certain positions).

Full‑time, with some roles offering quick apply options. Overnight travel may be required (20‑25%).

Milwaukee, Wisconsin and surrounding territories such as Dubuque (school), with additional coverage in key city markets.
