National Account Manager - Outdoor, Independent Farm

The Job- Execute sales growth plans targeted at the pro user, increase SWK margin, gain market share for all brands and categories, and launch new products across Independent Farm accounts.
- Lead key brand activation and sales plans for all product categories, focusing on DEWALT, Craftsman, Cub Cadet, and Troy‑Bilt.
- Be customer focused and drive end‑to‑end solutions for the end user.
- Achieve weekly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals for the customer, for our brands, and for key categories.
- Increase SWK listings both in‑store and online by expanding our current offering and actively converting competition.
- Strategically activate key T&O initiatives such as Winning the Pro, expanding cordless, and driving growth categories.
- Serve as the liaison between the customer and internal cross‑functional teams.
- Develop strong relationships and become the SWK point person with all levels of account personnel.
- Work effectively with your manager on a weekly/monthly basis and complete all communication requirements timely.
- College or University degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
- 2‑3 years of Farm & Hardware, Retail, or Construction/Industrial sales experience.
- Experience with retail events, product demonstrations, and new product launches.
- Ability to develop, forecast, and launch aggressive promotional strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Clean driver’s abstract required.
- Ability to travel approximately 25%.
- Ecommerce experience required.
