Position Overview
The Coordinator, Ticket Sales and Service works in the ticket office of the Al McGuire Center and is responsible for all facets of ticket sales to Marquette University athletic events, including executing a plan to meet or exceed annual sales goals. The role focuses on increasing season tickets, partial plans, group tickets and individual game tickets while providing excellent customer service as the primary contact for the public at the Marquette Ticket Office.

- High school diploma
- At least one year of relevant working experience
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem‑solve
- Work efficiently in a team‑oriented setting and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to work under deadlines and prioritize workload
Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Knowledge of Ticketmaster (Archtics)
