Responsibilities
- Revenue Development & Market Expansion:
Meet and exceed assigned sales objectives, Prospect for and develop new business opportunities, Design and implement territory-specific market development strategies, Acquire and onboard new commercial customer accounts. - Client Partnership & Satisfaction:
Cultivate long-term customer loyalty and retention, Monitor and elevate service delivery standards, Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, Establish and maintain trusted relationships with automotive shop proprietors. - People Management & Development:
Inspire and guide Commercial Managers and Mobile Sales Representatives, Drive team performance toward established objectives, Enhance overall team efficiency and effectiveness. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with Operations teams to deliver seamless customer experiences, Ensure alignment from initial sale through final product delivery. - Strategic Planning & Account Management:
Perform comprehensive market research and competitive analysis, Develop and execute targeted business action plans, Oversee relationships with high-value strategic accounts. - Compliance & Workplace Standards:
Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures, Support loss prevention initiatives, Promote and ensure a safe working environment.
- Demonstrated success in external sales and team leadership roles.
- Automotive industry experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales metrics, profit and loss statements, and gross margin data.
