We're looking for an experienced Regional Distribution Sales Manager to lead distribution growth across the Midwest for a global manufacturer of highly engineered electronic interconnect solutions serving the aerospace & defense, medical, transportation, and industrial markets.

What You'll Do- Develop and execute regional distribution growth strategies.
- Build strong relationships with key distribution partners and support their success through training, business planning, and demand generation.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Service, and Operations to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage forecasts, business plans, and performance against sales objectives.
- Experience in electronic components manufacturing or distribution.
- Strong background in channel/distribution sales or strategic account management.
- Knowledge of interconnect or electromechanical products is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to develop strategic growth plans using data and market insights.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a technical discipline preferred.
