We are opening new locations throughout the Milwaukee area and selecting a small group of individuals for a Paid 6‑Month Protege Training Program.

Responsibilities

How The Protege Training Program Works

Here’s what you can expect:

  • You enter a paid 6‑month training program
  • You work inside a high‑performing insurance agency
  • You’re provided with leads and training
  • You learn how to quote, sell, and acquire new clients
  • You are coached daily and held to a high standard
  • You build the skills required to run a profitable agency

All of this training and support, while you’re on the Paid 6‑Month Protege Training Program.

At the end of the program, individuals who meet our performance standards will have the opportunity to launch their own agency.

  • Engaging clients in discussions about different types of coverage
  • Advocating for clients by asking the tough questions that can change their future
  • Resolving client issues using our carrier resources
  • Recommending suitable solutions to clients once licensed
  • Working in a team‑based environment focused on exceeding the expectations of our agents, advisors, clients, and management team
