We are opening new locations throughout the Milwaukee area and selecting a small group of individuals for a Paid 6‑Month Protege Training Program.

• 1) No slow days – We don’t rely on walk‑ins or foot traffic.
• 2) Location doesn’t matter – Business is done over the phone and you can sell across the entire state of Wisconsin.
• 3) No inventory – No physical products to store or run out of.
• 4) No political disruption – This business does not swing based on elections or policy changes.
• 5) Resilient in tough times – Bad weather or economic shifts do not stop operations.
• 6) Predictable, professional schedule – We work 8‑5 (Monday through Friday) indoors, in an air‑conditioned office.

How The Protege Training Program Works

Here’s what you can expect:

• You enter a paid 6‑month training program
• You work inside a high‑performing insurance agency
• You’re provided with leads and training
• You learn how to quote, sell, and acquire new clients
• You are coached daily and held to a high standard
• You build the skills required to run a profitable agency

All of this training and support, while you’re on the Paid 6‑Month Protege Training Program.

At the end of the program, individuals who meet our performance standards will have the opportunity to launch their own agency.
