Sr. Coordinator, Ticket Sales

Key Responsibilities
  • Report directly to the Senior Manager, Group Sales
  • Assist the Senior Manager, Group Sales & Director, Ticket Sales with team initiatives & goals
  • Plan and execute various large events such as group leader events, large scale sales events, and prospecting events
  • Execute all new membership prospecting including select‑a‑seat, pregame and post‑game events, prospect events, etc.
  • Perform general ticketing processes such as reporting, event planning, and promo code generation
  • Manage a part‑time game‑day staff to ensure Fan Experiences and Member Events are properly staffed
  • Help with internal events for the Ticket Sales & Service Department
Qualifications
  • Prior hospitality, guest experience, & event management experience preferred
  • Excellent relationship‑building and people skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients at all levels within the organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with Archtics & FEVO is a plus
  • A commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Organized and detail‑orientated
  • Ability to multi‑task and balance multiple projects at once and meet required deadlines
  • Assertive, confident, persistent, and results‑oriented
  • Must be able and interested in supporting a team environment and adhering to the Ticket Sales & Service Department’s objectives, goals, and mandates
  • Strong time‑management skills, administrative aptitude, organization, and customer service skills
  • High energy with the ability to remain focused while working independently
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to work non‑traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
