Position Overview

The Regional Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our regional sales efforts. You will be at the heart of managing customer relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external clients. Your ability to collaborate effectively, anticipate customer needs, and foster long‑lasting relationships will be pivotal in helping us achieve sales objectives and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main contact for customers in your region, providing responsive, personalized support to ensure satisfaction and trust.
  • Partner with the sales team to identify growth opportunities and meet customer needs efficiently.
  • Manage customer accounts, handle requests and quotes, and track performance and expansion opportunities.
  • Support prospecting efforts and coordinate meetings—no cold calling required.
  • Maintain customer inventories, ensuring timely replenishment and accuracy.
  • Use CRM tools to track interactions, manage opportunities, and maintain up‑to‑date records.
  • Monitor regional performance, support sales goals, and share ideas in team meetings to drive success.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in sales coordination, account management, or customer service.
  • Must have a mechanically inclined mindset, as our products can be tailored to what our customers’ needs. (Training provided)
  • Strong problem‑solving skills.
