Covering Wisconsin, the selected Regional Sales Manager will develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with the company's dealers, dealer sales force, direct accounts, and end users. The individual will achieve all annual sales and performance goals and report to the Regional Sales Director to accomplish the region's annual business plan.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES General Responsibilities- Demonstrations of equipment
- Installation and training of equipment
- Report a monthly itinerary to the Regional Sales Director
- Report all significant activity in the region, including ongoing product performance, sales strategy development, dealer issues, customer service, technical service, and competitor intelligence
- Perform quarterly business reviews with dealers
- Weekly sales forecasts
- Resolve sales issues, product service issues, equipment‑related issues, and dealer problems in a timely and effective manner
- Travel within the sales region in accordance with the established zone travel schedule to maintain, develop, and grow all facets of the company's business with its customers
- Direct and participate in developing, motivating, and training the dealer sales force to effectively sell Advance, Clarke, and Viper Commercial equipment
- Call on and develop existing and prospective dealers within the region
- Maintain a dealer prospect list and coordinate sales calls with the Regional Sales Director to develop new business opportunities with prospective dealers
- Maintain a customer database
- Maintain a list of the largest end users in the region

- Make daily sales calls to key end users to drive new project starts and increase company market share at the end‑user level
- Track and manage new project starts via the Sales Pipeline in
- Perform building surveys and product demonstrations
- Appropriately utilize all sales tools and resources to ensure successful project completion
- Displace competitive machine lines within all dealerships to improve market penetration and sales, focusing on developing a single‑source relationship with the dealer
- Communicate product information to all dealers timely and accurately
- Coordinate sales efforts with National Accounts through National Account Managers and Government Account Managers
- Perform field tests in support of product management teams
- Forge long‑lasting, profitable relationships with dealer partners
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent education
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience in the sanitary supply industry or related industry; emphasis on dealer channel management and end‑user sales/account management accomplishments
- Strong work ethic and initiative in problem solving and implementing corrective action plans
- Business maturity and acumen necessary for success in this role
- Strong selling and end‑user account management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Excel (pivot tables), PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Proficiency with , including planning, executing, managing pipeline and leads
- Effective time and territory management skills
- Solid problem‑solving skills and ability to perform gap analyses, action‑plan development, and execution
- Willingness to travel overnight as required
- Ability to transport company product for demonstrations
- Capability to conduct product seminars and presentations before an audience
- Success in a physical fitness test, including lifting and standing for prolonged periods
$80,200.00 – $. The estimated pay range indicates the expected annualized pay range for this position and may be adjusted based on qualifications and other factors.
