Position Overview
As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Milwaukee, WI at the 411 E Milwaukee Branch. The role focuses on delivering an inclusive customer experience and driving new revenue through proactive sales and service activities.
Responsibilities- Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
- Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial well‑being.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive revenue and loyalty.
- Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
- Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction, identifying appropriate solutions.
- Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community centers of influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
- Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through differentiated experiences.
- Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position products.
- Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to mitigate and solve customer problems effectively, driving loyalty.
- Manage risk through adherence to policies, procedures, and judgment within limits.
- Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate completion.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent; relevant experience or product knowledge required.
- Minimum 3+ years of related experience.
