As an Associate Territory Manager, you will have the opportunity to step into a highly visible, impactful role at the intersection of clinical excellence and commercial growth. You will support the launch and adoption of an innovative robotic surgical technology, working alongside surgeons, Clinical Specialists, and commercial teams to ensure every procedure is executed safely, efficiently, and with an exceptional customer experience.

In this role, you will play a foundational part in bringing new accounts online—supporting in-procedure coordination, training OR teams, and helping surgeons progress through a structured onboarding pathway. You will also cultivate strong relationships with both clinical and office staff, enabling procedural scheduling, practice integration, and early program success. Beyond the clinical environment, you will partner closely with Territory Managers to support sales planning, account development, and strategic growth initiatives.
