Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Pay Range: $22-$26 per hour DOE

Shift: 1st shift 8am-5pm

Our client, the wholesale model railroading industry, is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join their team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be part of the sales department supporting wholesale channel growth. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, a results-oriented mindset, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers within an assigned territory.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities across current and emerging channels.
• Conduct proactive outbound sales calls and customer outreach activities to foster growth.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer interactions, opportunities, and account plans effectively.
• Analyze market trends, customer data, and sales performance to uncover new growth opportunities.

• Proven experience in sales, relationship management, or business development.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls and building customer relationships.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
