Capital Heating, Cooling, Electric & Plumbing is looking for outgoing, friendly,energetic people to join our Home Depot in-store lead generation team.

You’ll talk to customers inside Home Depot, ask a few simple questions, and create appointments for our HVAC team.

No selling.

No pressure. No door-knocking.

(Only leadsthat actually run count toward your bonus.)

Weekly Bonuses for High Performers

Total Expected Earnings:

$18–$30+ perhour

Top performers consistently earn $25–$30/hr+.

Schedule

• Must be able towork Saturday
