This is a remote role, but candidates must be comfortable traveling to various store locations. You will need to drive your personal vehicle over 55 miles daily within your assigned territory. Mileage may fluctuate based on your residence relative to the territory. While no car allowance is provided, travel mileage will be reimbursed at 62 cents per mile.

A Part-Time Territory Sales Associate (TSA) position is ideal for relationship-driven individuals eager to sharpen their sales skills while representing some of America's most prominent and exciting brands! TSAs will promote and secure top-tier merchandising, including building displays, expanding distribution of best-selling products, and replenishing permanent secondary displays.

This role is classified as "Continuous Part-Time," requiring 20-25 hours per week. Typically, a TSA visits 6-10+ accounts daily. The position offers flexible scheduling tailored to personal and territory needs, ensuring presence in stores when key decision-makers are available. Your workday should generally fall within core hours of 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, unless business needs dictate otherwise.

The starting hourly rate ranges from $15.50 to $16.50, varying based on your skills, experience, and geographic location(s).

Accountabilities:

• Selling and Retail Execution
• Utilize consultative selling skills to foster a collaborative mindset, interpret store and retailer priorities, and influence solutions that drive results.
• Establish and execute retail priorities by developing a clear strategy prior to each store call, aligned to store level, regional, or retailer level objectives.
• Apply influence and negotiation techniques by leveraging sales strategies to influence without authority, preparing multiple solution options, and confidently asking for additional opportunities or commitments.
• Lead effective problem solving efforts by implementing the right solutions, evaluating alternative approaches, and consistently questioning to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Must have a personal vehicle in sound operating condition
• Must maintain personal auto insurance indicating minimum coverage of $100,000 per person / $100,000 per accident / $100,000 property damage. The policy must permit business use.
