Delta Dental of Wisconsin is seeking an Account Representative to work in partnership with an Account Manager to maintain business relationships of assigned accounts. Their core priority is addressing customers’ needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible. The Account Representative Individuals will play a key role in facilitating the new business implementation, day-to-day servicing, cross-sales and renewal processes.
What you'll do- Work internally and externally to ensure successful implementation of new business customers
- Demonstrate relationship management skills and proven track record of building, maintaining, and cultivating client relationships
- Play a key role in cross-selling additional Delta Dental of Wisconsin products to existing customers
- Assist in renewal delivery and negotiation to retain clients by working with the Account Manager
- Facilitate service requests relating to contract changes, benefit plan options, general plan inquiries, agent issues and other matters as required
- Develop and maintain a thorough working knowledge of Delta Dental’s products and services and share our value proposition to customers and brokers
- Maintain accurate account information in CRM database
- Handle moderately complex problems and works in partnership with higher-level staff to resolve issues
- Generate, understand and speak to customer reporting including key performance metrics and trends
- Meet company and department goals and objectives in support of Delta Dental of Wisconsin’s mission

Qualifications EducationAssociates or better in Business Administration or related field.
Experience Required 2 yearsProgressive experience in customer service, customer support, or a related field.
