Sales Manager

Full-time | 50%+ Travel required | On-site

We are seeking a Sales Manager to manage and grow an assigned sales territory across heavy industrial markets. This role serves as the primary customer contact throughout the sales process, from identifying needs and recommending solutions through project completion. The ideal candidate has a strong technical sales background and existing relationships within foundries and heavy industrial manufacturing.

• Meet or exceed assigned annual sales objectives
• Develop new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships
• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan
• Manage the complete sales process from prospecting through project completion
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales forecasts
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service on project execution
• Conduct customer visits, facility evaluations, and technical sales presentations
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and association functions
• Monitor competitors, industry trends, and market conditions
• Maintain accurate contacts and sales activities within CRM

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience selling into foundries
• 2+ years of experience selling industrial equipment
• Proven record of developing new business and growing existing customer relationships
• Experience with a 1+ year sales cycle
• Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
