What does starting a new office involve?After selecting a Regional Sales Manager, the onboarding process begins, including visits to HQ and meetings with leadership. Once launched, the manager is responsible for operations including management, recruiting, sales, and marketing, with profitability goals to meet.
What makes a successful Regional Office Sales Manager?- Minimum 3–5 years of logistics sales experience
- Proven leadership with entrepreneurial drive
- Ability to build local team culture
- Integrity and strong work ethic
- Creativity in problem-solving
ATS offers extensive corporate support, including:
