products,installationequipmentfunctionswiththefabricators,contractmanufacturersanddistributorswithinregionofresponsibility. Interactandowntherelationshipatthekeyfabricators,with management,engineering,andproductiontopromoteanddesignPEMproductsintosuitableapplications.

WHATYOUWILLDO:

• Engagewithexistingcustomers,distributors,respondingtoleadsandseekingoutnewpotentialcustomers.
• Maintaingoodrelationshipsbetweenourdistributorsandfabricationcustomerswithintheregionvia,visits,sales calls,andjointmeetingstopromotethePEMproductlines.
• WorkwithOEMaccountsandfabricatorstodesigninandsupportPEMhardwareinstallation.
• Facilitatetechnicaltrainingtoupdatethedistribution/fabricators/designcentersofnewproductsandPEMfastenerhardwareuses.
• Identifyandtargetareasofopportunitytosupportcustomerneedsandoverallgrowthoftheregion.
• Assistmanufacturerswithselectingthebestfastenerdesignandusefortheirapplication.
• Mustbecomfortableworkingwithfabricatorsandengagingatalllevelsoftheirworkforceincludingengineering,management,and production.
• Maintainopportunityandaccountplansin
  
  SalesforceCRMtoolwithweeklyupdatesandopportunitytrackingtools.

Additional Duties:

• Collaboratewiththesalesteamdetailingactivitiesandopportunitieswithinagivenregion.
• Participateinweekly/monthly/quarterlysalesmeetingsprovidingfeedbackontheregionperformanceandvoiceofcustomers.
• Natureofthepositionrequiresalargeportionoftimetobespentatthecustomerwithintheregiondesigningfastenersintoapplications,supportinginstallationneeds,ensuringfabricatorsarefullysupportedwhenusingPEMproducts.
• Travelthroughouttheregiononanongoingbasiswithovernighttravelasrequired.

WHATWEARELOOKINGFOR:

• BSinBusiness/Engineeringorminimum5years’experienceinsimilarcapacity
• Excellentcustomerserviceandproblem-solvingskillstobestsupportourcustomers,positiveattitudeworkingtowardssolutions
• Strongverbalandwrittencommunicationskillsincludingdevelopinganddeliveringpresentations
• Proficient with Microsoftofficewithabilitytodevelopandanalyzedata/reports
• Familiarwithsheetmetalfabricationandmanufacturingprocesses,capabilities,and equipment.(presses,lasers,etc.)
• Experienceworkingwithsheetmetalfabricatorsand/orfastenerbackgroundisaplus
• Canworkwithminimalsupervision,self-motivated,organizedandprioritizeworkload,cancollaboratewithvariousteamsworkingtowardssharedinitiatives
• Abilitytotravelbybothairandcaronaregularbasis
