Are you an Employee Benefits professional who enjoys building strong client relationships and being someone clients can count on?
We're partnering with a well-established insurance organization in the Greater Milwaukee area that is looking for an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join their team.
What You’ll Do- Manage day-to-day relationships with Employee Benefits clients and provide exceptional service.
- Assist with renewals, plan changes, proposals, and client communications.
- Partner with carriers, clients, Producers, and internal teams to resolve issues and keep accounts moving.
- Help clients navigate their benefits programs and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships.
- 3-5 years of Employee Benefits account management or similar client-facing experience.
- Employee Benefits experience required; agency or brokerage experience strongly preferred.
- Active Life & Health license, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
