Role
Senior District Manager, Hematology, leading a team of Oncology Sales Specialists in the Chicago area to drive market penetration and sales of innovative cancer therapies.
Responsibilities- Developing and executing territory business plans
- Managing team performance
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory and promotional guidelines
- Building strategic customer relationships
- Leading through complex reimbursement issues and promoting breakthrough biologic and cell therapies in oncology
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience with 5+ years in sales or key commercial roles within pharma, biotech, or healthcare
- Leadership skills, ability to inspire teams, and willingness to travel up to 40%
- Oncology or hospital/large account sales experience
- Prior team management
- Expertise in business planning
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI
Competitive base salary range of $141,000 to $243,800, performance incentives and comprehensive benefits.
