is responsible for increasing occupancy at Senior Living communities.

We are looking for a dynamic sales producer who is adept at 'making things happen,' trouble shooting and working with other sales talent, operators and nurses - coaching, supporting, and working with communities across the state. This role will require travel and a flexible schedule to provide the support needed.

This role will support a defined number of communities and will report to the Regional Director of Sales. We have significant plans for growth leading to career advancement opportunities for the right individual.
Job Responsibilities:- Inspire change, guide community level teams to enhance the prospect experience to increase Tour to Move-In conversion percentage.
- Collect and evaluate current market research to understand trends and competition. Adjust marketing strategy to meet changing conditions.
- Greet prospects, residents, vendors and visitors professionally and enthusiastically.
- Present the Property to prospects using prospect centered-based selling techniques.
- Provide services and interactions throughout the Property which delight residents, prospects, and the greater community, with inspired experiences which result in referrals and high occupancy.
- Work in collaboration with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to ensure that all community associates understand that sales is everyone’s responsibility. Conducts training where necessary and needed to deploy and maintain this philosophy.
- Train community leadership team to conduct effective tours with leads and professionals.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum two years of successful sales and/or operations experience in senior living, hospitality, or related industry
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Must be a good listener; ability to understand a prospect’s unspoken but implied criteria.
- Demonstrated ability to train and influence others to achieve desired outcome.
- Demonstrated organizational, time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to balance mission and margin.
- Ability to travel up to 75%. Travel could be day travel for communities close to Milwaukee with some overnight travel for communities in other states. At times will need to work weekends or evenings.
