What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.

* Monitor for any unusual activity or potential hazards within the facility and report findings according to site protocols.

* Work closely with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns and maintain a visible presence.

* Document observations and incidents clearly and accurately in daily activity reports.

Minimum Requirements:

* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

* Applicants must have at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.

* Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.

* Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
