• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access guidance, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security‑related concerns according to post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities, parking areas, platforms, buildings, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor entrances, public areas, and/or restricted locations to help support authorized access, direct foot traffic, and communicate with local contacts regarding security‑related matters.
• Assist with handling customer inquiries, de‑escalating tense interactions, and supporting crowd management during service interruptions, special events, and/or high‑traffic periods.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
