Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driving Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, riders, and/or members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or public agency personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout transit-related buildings, platforms, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns;
Monitor entrances, public areas, and restricted locations to help control access, verify authorized entry, and support site rules and government facility protocols;
Assist with de-escalation, provide directions and general assistance, and support orderly operations during service disruptions, high-traffic periods, and/or special events
