Role Summary
As a Security Officer, you will help ensure a safe and secure environment across assigned branches and buildings. You’ll be a visible, welcoming presence while proactively identifying and addressing security risks. This role offers opportunities to build security expertise and grow within a team focused on safety and service.
Key Accountabilities- Greet and screen all visitors, ensuring proper registration and access control.
- Monitor building activity and conduct routine security checks to maintain situational awareness.
- Respond promptly to incidents and provide leadership during escalated or emergency situations.
- Operate and maintain security systems, including surveillance and alarm equipment.
- Coordinate building security efforts, including parking lot monitoring and site‑specific needs.
- Perform system reviews, identify issues, and submit service requests for repairs.
- Support emergency preparedness by assisting with training and annual evacuation drills.
- Assist colleagues with processing and building access support.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of security or law enforcement experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between locations.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in security.
- 2+ years of security or law enforcement experience.
- Proficiency or fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Pay Range$17.07 – $29.26 per hour (actual pay may vary based on location, skills, experience, education and qualifications).
