Pay Rate: $19.45 / Hour
Must be 21+ years of age and must have a valid driver's license

How This Role Works:
- Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts'): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
- Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.
This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.
Responsibilities- Provide customer service to riders, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a public transportation location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and reporting concerns through established channels.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of transit centers, platforms, parking areas, administrative spaces, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance-related concerns.
- Monitor access points, observe public areas, and/or assist with directing foot traffic during busy periods, service disruptions, and special events in accordance with location procedures.
- Support a professional presence by communicating with the public, de-escalating tense situations when appropriate, and/or helping to deter unauthorized activity through visible patrols and attentive observation.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
