Security Associate Part-Time; Weekends

We are seeking a dedicated Loss Prevention and Security Officer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the exceptional guest experience we are known for.

As a Security Associate you play an integral part in creating an environment that is safe and comfortable for our guests and associates, as well as detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts, or other unlawful behavior and deescalating conflict.

• Patrol premises on foot and maintain safety for guests and associates while protecting property and assets.
• Operate a dispatch center with responsibilities for key control, fire alarm monitoring, and closed circuit television monitoring, answering routine and emergency calls for service, and dispatching call for service.
• Perform proactive and professional security, safety, and loss prevention practices.
• Investigate situations and conditions and write reports as necessary.
• Meet, greet, and assist guests and associates as needed in a professional and calm manner.
• Witness cash drops and monitor cameras and perform lost and found functions.
• Transport guests in company vehicles to and from various locations, such as airports, local offices and entertainment venues.
• Assist in other areas as needed.

• Knowledge of security and law enforcement practices preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Prior hospitality, guest service and/or security experience preferred.
• Ability to establish and maintain an effective relationship with all department management, staff, personnel, and general public.
• Must be dependable and reliable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must work well both independently and with others as a team player and under pressure.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
